    Our Step-by-Step Process

    1

    Prep Wash & Decontamination

The vehicle undergoes a rigorous strip wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar treatment to ensure the paint is completely bare and smooth before polishing.

    2

    Paint Inspection & Measurement

We inspect the paint under specialized detailing lights to identify defects and measure the clear coat thickness to determine a safe approach.

    3

    Compounding (Heavy Defect Removal)

If necessary (for a 2-step correction), we use a cutting compound and pad to level the clear coat and remove deeper scratches and heavy swirl marks.

    4

    Polishing (Refining Finish)

We use a finer polish and pad to remove any micro-marring left by the compounding stage, refining the finish to a high-gloss mirror shine.

    5

    Protection Application

Once the paint is corrected, it must be protected. We apply a premium sealant or, highly recommended, a Ceramic Coating to lock in the flawless finish.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a 1-step and 2-step correction?

A 1-step uses a single polish to remove 50-70% of light defects and enhance gloss. A 2-step involves compounding first for heavy defects, then polishing, removing 85-95% of defects.

    Will this fix deep scratches?

If a scratch catches your fingernail, it is likely through the clear coat and cannot be fully polished out. However, polishing will round the edges of the scratch, making it much less noticeable.

How long does paint correction take?

It is a meticulous, time-consuming process. A 1-step correction usually takes a full day, while a multi-stage correction can take 2 days.

Do I need a ceramic coating afterward?

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend it. You've just invested in making your paint perfect; a ceramic coating is the best way to protect that investment from future damage.
